Satisfactory stay at city hotel
shopping mall helpful staff
The hotel has a shopping mall within walking distance, a real bonus. The staff are helpful and kind, something I find quite important. I found breakfast acceptable, and it gave me a good start to the day.
The air conditioning did not seem adequate, as it struggled to cope with high temperatures. This made relaxing difficult and affected the quality of sleep. I hope they consider upgrading the cooling system.
Service

The staff were generally nice, they were always available to answer questions. Some employees gave directions for local places. The reception staff were consistently polite, and addressed my concerns quickly.

The hotel provides breakfast, and it has a sufficient variety. The pastries tasted fresh and were well-stocked. Coffee and tea were available during breakfast hours, a good way to start the day.
Location

A shopping mall can be reached in ten minutes by foot, a big plus. This makes it easy to pick up essentials. There are local shops located near the hotel, very helpful to get local products.

The room includes a comfortable bed and basic furnishings. The bathroom includes essential toiletries, and they are replenished daily. Housekeeping keeps the room tidy, they ensure a pleasant experience.

disorganized check-in stained towels
The check-in process was quite disorganized. the staff interrupted it repeatedly to speak with their colleagues. the room was in a poor state of repair. The bath was badly stained. the white towels also had brown stains. i was disappointed.
